His goal was simple, honest and true: Provide a product for the body that is PURE NATURE backed by pure science, with ECOLOGY and CONSERVATION as the overwhelming criteria.

The Power Pancake was first introduced to Golds Gym in Venice Beach during the 1980's and was an INSTANT hit! With Golds Gym and Venice Beach being the "Mecca of Bodybuilding," the Power Pancake is quite possibly the first Whole Food snack offered in any gym!



Since those humble beginnings Power Pancake has grown to embody Phil's Vision of the perfect Health Food and Power Pancakes Loyal Fans, Growing Accounts and unwavering popularity is a testament to that success. Now Phil Perota is using the Power Pancake as a tool to educate its consumers on ecology, mindfulness and conservation.
